01Does it work without a connection?
Text and code recognition run entirely on the device, so they work in airplane mode. Ads in the free version and opening a link from a QR code do need the network.
02Do my photos get uploaded?
No. Captured images and their results are written to device storage and stay there. We do not receive them. The Privacy Policy spells this out in detail.
03Which languages can it read?
Korean, Japanese, Chinese in both simplified and traditional forms, and Latin scripts including English. Setting a destination in the app makes that script the priority.
04What if the Wi-Fi password comes out wrong?
Edit it right there on the result screen. For the characters print cannot distinguish — zero and capital O, one and lowercase L — tap a fix chip to swap every occurrence at once.
05Is business card recognition perfect?
It is not. Depending on the print and the layout, fields can blend or drop, which is why the raw text is shown next to the parsed result. Correct it before you save.
06What does Pro change?
The ads go away. The features themselves are already unlimited in the free version. Billing runs through the App Store or Google Play and you cancel there.
07How does this relate to PDFMon?
They are sibling apps from the same company, BUKCS PTE. LTD.. PDFMon opens and reads the documents already on your device; Snapuno brings in the things still on paper.
